Toby is a ‘Swiss Army Knife’ of a strategist with over 10 years in London agencies and consultancies - from worldgroups to independents, across many aspects of strategy and creative work. He now works as Little Vienna; a micro strategy practice based out of London.
His background in cognitive psychology has helped develop his style in his work - operating both ‘upstream’ in research and top level strategy, down to the more ‘execution’ end of brand, comm, and creative. Little Vienna helps all kinds of clients with a varied spread of fascinating strategic and creative challenges, operating on a 50% client work, 50% ‘venture project’ basis, bringing a real diversity in the kinds of work he does.
A lover of problem solving, creativity, people, and work life balance - when not working he can usually be found climbing or surfing.
