Pooja Manek is the Founding Member and Creative at Talented agency, an employee-owned indie agency from India. Her creative leadership has influenced Talented's wins in its debut year at the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Before Talented, she was a Creative Director at Dentsu Webchutney, leading global accounts such as Google, YouTube, Tinder, Spotify, and legacy Indian brands such as Flipkart and Swiggy. In 2021 she was the only Indian on the Next Creative Leaders list, awarded by The One Club and 3% movement. Over the years, her creative work has gone to win multiple awards across various global award shows from Cannes to Spikes Asia. She’s a core member of Talented founding team where her presence, point of views, and her creative work help the teams and the clients subscribe to an inclusive and equitable future. She moonlights as a change maker through initiatives such as The 7PM Club–a mentorship matchmaking event in collaboration with Indian Creative Women, that make the industry an equitable place for women and for underrepresented voices.
