Pete made the jump into strategy after starting his career in account management at Arnold Worldwide. His agency work included Amazon, Carnival Cruise Line, Facebook, MLB and Samsung.  In 2017 he joined Google to work on their brand experiences team, leading strategy on projects across Android, Google, Nest, Pixel and more. Most recently he was Strategy Director at TwentyFirstCenturyBrand where he helped founders, CEOs and marketing leaders define their foundational brand strategy for brands like Spindrift, Starbucks, SOURCE, Creative Ladder and more.

Today, with his one-man studio, Instead, he does a blend of brand and creative strategy while working alongside brands and agencies he loves.


Beyond his day job, Pete has taught at Miami Ad School, where he graduated from in 2012. On weekends you can find Pete chasing geese with his sons Kal and Otis at Montclair Park in Oakland.
