Melissa is a Talent Acquisition Associate at Critical Mass agency where she regularly reviews resumes, portfolios, case studies, and the like! Melissa is invested in the success of others by listening to their stories and helping them find opportunities that align with their values, career goals, and interests.
She has worked with both creative and tech talent, employing alternative sourcing methods, and striving to find the perfect fit for the job seeker and the employer.
Prior to joining Critical Mass, she taught and mentored young creatives at Columbia College Chicago and was a Career Coach for the online learning platform Springboard. In her free time, she volunteers and serves on the board of the non-profit TrueChicago.co and is an active participant with the Allies in Recruiting organization, WeareAIR.org.
