Manuel Huertas is a Creative Director at Superside with a deep love for advertising, design, and people. His story starts in Peru and has taken him across the world, all the way to Moscow, Berlin, and now Spain. Along the way he's worked across some of the industry's most respected agencies, including Anomaly, Antoni, McCann, BBDO, and DDB, as well as time on the client side. It hasn't been an easy path. A big part of his growth has been learning to read and bridge cultural differences, adapting how he communicates and creates depending on where he is and who he's working with, without losing himself in the process.

Bilingual in Spanish and English, he leads creative teams across major accounts, hires and mentors creatives, and still loves the everyday work of sitting with a team and figuring out how to make an idea actually work. He's an extrovert with boundaries who believes in order, good taste, and treating every person with respect and patience, even when he's in a hurry. Lately, he's been deep into AI video and image generation, both for client work and his own portfolio projects. He's here to share the road he's walked and help students find their own footing.
