As the driving force of Music Collective, a full service music and sound agency rooted in culture, Laura's mission is crystal clear: to promote the integration of music and culture, showcasing musical styles that are authentic to global music scenes and to champion composers, artists, sound designers, musicians in the media industry who might not otherwise have the chance to be heard.

Her industry influence has garnered prestigious accolades, including the Music and Sound Award for Best Composition in Branding and Transform Award for Best Use of Audio. She has been appointed as a judge at The USA One Show Awards and the UK Creative Festival, where she has identified excellence in music and sonic creativity. She is also the author of an e-book titled THE BRAND AND THE BAND, exploring the symbiotic relationship between music and brands.
