Kristin Dillon is a Detroit-based creative leader who builds visual systems and brand photography strategies that connect art and operations. At Expedia Group, she led global photography operations across Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo and EG’s portfolio of brands, collaborating with photographer networks and agencies worldwide to create expansive, emotionally resonant work.
Her career spans integrated marketing, content development, licensing, and creative direction, with a deep belief that visual culture should reflect the world we actually live in. She loves talking about art, design, music, and photography—her coworkers tell her to “do the Art School thing” when going into meetings with stakeholders, especially product and tech. She’s equally at home shaping brand identities, scaling workflows, or geeking out over analytics she affectionately calls “Art Math.”
She lights up in conversations about photography, travel, and the small details that make life feel big. Outside of work, she advocates for equity in storytelling and inclusive representation, and is developing Punk Gospel—a kind of sacred rebellion in progress.
