Heather Beck is Director of Creative Recruitment at Momentum Worldwide, where she has spent the past eight years helping to build world class Experiential Creative & Experience Design teams. Prior to Momentum, Heather spent over a decade at various agencies including 160/90 and Hudson Rouge. Heather left her apartment in NYC during pandemic and now resides in a human-sized apartment in the suburbs of Philadelphia with her cat called Kitten (she swears she really is creative at heart). Her passion is in nurturing creative talent and helping them find their super power, especially when they don’t know what that is just yet.
