I look at the talent business and I’m not loving what I see: an increasingly transactional marketplace of short-term thinking and a butts-in-seats mentality. This doesn’t get me up in the morning, and I don’t think it gets quality talent up in the morning either.
So I put empathy to work as a talent cultivator, a creatively-charged curator with a big heart and a scrappy get-it-done spirit. It’s all about passion; mine is nurturing creativity in all forms - design, art, fashion, photography, film, and culture.
