Christina Flynn is the Director of Recruiting at Day One Agency, where she arrived after a decade of experience in the creative/marketing industry. Throughout her career she has been pivotal in growing teams for agencies like Laundry Service and Anomaly’s content agency, ACE Content to name a few. The thing she finds most exciting about recruiting is meeting people from all walks of life every day and hearing their interesting stories of their personal journeys. Making a job offer to someone truly changes their path in life and she loves the rewarding feeling of being a part of their story. On any given day, you can find Christina playing with her son, Luka, who is a crazy toddler! She is also a certified yoga instructor and has been practicing when she can find some spare time which is at a premium these days.
